Katrine holds a CS and business degree from Copenhagen Business School and has over 15 years of experience in product management and marketing, including CPO and CMO roles at tech companies across Australia and the US, scaling one company from 20 to 300 people. She founded Neonframe, an AI-first venture studio and education practice, where she delivers full-day AI workshops, crash courses for founders and executives, and company-wide AI programmes. She also runs the Instagram account @ai_confidence, a practical AI education resource primarily followed by women. A keynote speaker at the Purpose Conference in Sydney before 2,000 people, Katrine brings an entrepreneurial perspective shaped by real operational experience.
I was one of three women in my year in computer science. I won’t let AI become another space where women are in the minority. The gap isn’t about capability, but confidence.
