Rikke V. Stoltz is an international Board member and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience across global business, shipping, offshore wind and company building.
She spent 13 years with A.P. Moller-Maersk and later became an early investor, partner and hands-on company builder in Blue Ocean Ships, the company that later became Cadeler. She continued with the business after its sale to Swire and served for approximately six years on its Board.
Today, she serves on the Board of European Maritime Finance and is COO & Co-founder of Nova Caring, an age-tech company developing technology for elderly care. She is also the Curator of TEDxFrederiksberg.
