Louise brings 35 years in the field as an educator, practitioner, and researcher, giving her a uniquely sociotechnical perspective on AI: a firm conviction that technology and people cannot be separated. She is currently researching the changing nature of work in an AI-driven world and is one of the developers behind the STAIR Method (stairmethod.org) – an open-source, research-based framework for structured AI reflection, freely available to anyone who wants to work more responsibly with AI. She has taught and guided thousands of students and believes that meaningful AI progress requires diversity, inclusion, and honest dialogue across experience and background.
