Her work with AI focuses on adoption and change management – how digital technologies reshape organisations, work processes, roles and decision-making. She is particularly interested in how AI affects human relations at work, organisational dynamics and economic choices, and how we design decision processes where technology supports, rather than replaces, human judgement.
AI should not replace human judgment, but widen its horizon. The real transformation happens when technology takes over the routine, so people can take responsibility for the complex, the ethical and the truly human decisions.
