Katja Andersen

Founder & AI Consultant
AILY

Katja brings over 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology, data, and business – spanning telecoms, advisory, and AI. In the 2010s she worked extensively on data and analytics projects for telcos and authored a book on customer experience management. She spent four years at an American data and analytics company working on AI projects worldwide, and since 2022 her focus has been almost exclusively on GenAI – from strategy and governance to hands-on training. A recognised voice on AI, she has contributed to the book AI Agents, authored articles for PwC, and delivered over 100 training sessions and speaker events. Today she runs AILY.DK, an AI consultancy with a deliberately feminine perspective championing the idea that AI is not just a technology conversation.

“AI has the potential to change all of us — my vision is to make that journey practical, accessible, and worth taking.”
