At Connected Women in AI, we believe that the future of work must be inclusive, and that begins with equal access to AI knowledge and tools. At the moment, women in Denmark use AI 20% less than men and are significantly less likely to be offered training on using this fast-evolving technology. This gap doesn’t just affect individuals but also limits innovation, opportunity, and progress for organisations and society at large.
In striving to close this gap and ensure inclusive access to digital tools, Connected Women in AI in collaboration with Microsoft, Finansforbundet, and Copenhagen Airports A/S, has just launched a dedicated AI training program to equip women with skills and the confidence to apply AI in their work.

Upon completion, participants receive official certification and gain access to a cross-sector network of professionals committed to building responsible and inclusive AI practices.
